i just had twin girls and i was wanderin what is is lie having preemies that have to stay in the hospital till they reach at least 5lbs. or until their lungs mature enough????

It's hard especially if you have other kids, but you just keep telling yourself they'll be home soon and it's better if the baby is there were he/she can be safe and healthy. My little baby boy was in the NICU for 3 1/2 months and every single day was a strugle but as soon as I'd see him in that bubble it'd be so bittersweet because yes he wasn't with me but he was doing well,was safe, and healthy.

You'll see when they come home you'll be so over run with emotions and happy it'll make the miracle of your babies being home that much more amazing and will make you saver and be thankful for the experiance that much more!
