Today I went home with baby. Is it normal to feel sad & very emotional so soon after being home with family.

I have a 5 year old daughter too & she doesn't make it easy I do have my mom & helping me out.

yes sometimes it is normal,but your lucky your mom is there for you ,sometimes it all gets to over welming all at once,but if you feel the same way in a few days time,please go to your drs and be checked for postnatal depression,it happens and there is nothing to be embarassed about ,it happens to the best of us,but it is better to be checked out than to suffer with it,i had it with my first child,but not with my triplets.

Yes it is normal, but if it lasts to long or gets worse talk to your doctor.
