How old were your babies when you stopped breastfeeding? Im breastfeeding Mia but she doesn't seem to want to nurse anymore. I've been pumping quite a bit because I still go to school but even that she doesn't seem to want anymore. Shes only 6 months old and I don't want to stop yet but the way shes been acting I feel as though I may have to slowly stop, which makes me sad. So thats why I was wondering if it is normal for her to be doing this at such a young age.

I'm not a mother, but i know my cousin child stopped breastfeeding at 4 months... he refused it... My cousins wife went on a trip for about 4 days and her son refused her milk...

Im pregnant with my first but it depends on the baby one of my friends could breastfeed at all cos he just would not take it

if u feed ur baby ur milk and formula then she will choose what she wants my daughter refused me at 4 months i could pump but she fed every 2-3 hours like clock work . then one day she just pushed me away. my son nursed for only a month then he pushed me away, but i know ppl that nurse till there kids r 2 and i seen ppl on tv and net that still nurse at 5 thats just sick!!! but let her choose what she wants its no biggy and since u made it to six months give ur self a pat on the back cuz u really gave he a healthy head start

Emma stopped at 4 months, Addie stopped at 6 months. It just depends on the baby and other circumstances. If she wants to stop, stop she knows what she needs/wants.

My boys breastfeed till they were 2 each.. Jacob alittle longer, he didn't quite get why Braelyn still was and he wasn't so he wasn't as easy to pull away...
Peter and Mia according to Elise, Mia stopped around 8 months and Peter breastfeed till Elise and Leo's death!
Then with the triplets they are 1 1/2 months and they are breastfeeding but i don't know how long i can last breastfeeding three babies!!! It's crazy!
