so i was sifting thru all the old OLD posts and came across one from a woman who has 16 year old son whom she busted shagging his gf in his room while all the parents were downstairs havig a BBQ...
it got me thinking...
what would u do if that was ur kids?

would u tell the other kids parents?
would u stop them? or just shut the door & walk out?
would u scream & shout or have "the talk"
would u walk over and hand them a condom?
would u ground them for life & put bars on the windows?
would u pull them out of shool and send them to an all girls/boys school?

i would FLIP OUT!!
sadly i think my instant reaction would depend on which of my children it was,
my daughter i would be FURIOUS, the boy had better be able to notonly run, but run really bloody fast!!((& she had better not be pregnant!!))
but i think i wouldnt be so furious if it was my boys..

I dont know how I would react as I don't have children. What I'll probably do is leave them, how embarrassing it would be for everyone. I'll then have a massive 'chat' with my child about it afterwards. If they were underage, then I would probably tell the mother of the boy or girl. Also if I knew then well and were good friends I may also tell her. But when I do have children I may have changed my mind by then.

I'd let them know I saw, for sure. Probably holler something profane at them. Then I would let them right themselves in peace before I went in and had a nice long talk with them about right and wrong. Then I would make sure they knew about safety and protecting themselves. Then I would make that little ho bring her parents over and we would have a sit down chit chat about our kids sex lives. Hopefully the humiliation outweighs the hormones for a while.

When my mom found out I was having sex with my bf (who is now my husband) she took me to the gynie and the doc did the humiliating for my parents.

No JK. But I would be extrememly upset, and he would know it. As far as punishment, I would have to discuss it with my husband at that time. But probably some sort of grounding, privleges taken away, not allowed to see her for a period of time, etc. And, I'd probably contact the girl's parents...but I'm not sure about that one. Well, me, I'm pretty easygoing about sex in general.

So I'd probably just close the door, and then wait till they were done and have a talk with them about being responsible.

If it was my daughter, then I'd talk to her about pregnancy and take her to get birth control. If was my son, then I'd talk to him about condoms and pregnancy... And tell him about money, and changing nappies and all that. And then I'd take him out and buy condoms.
