At most you would be 5 weeks along. So you could know you're pregnant but i doubt you would. You most definitely would NOT know the sex & would probably not know it's twins unless you're high risk & had to have an ultra sound right after you found out which is unlikely. So overall your story is bullshit & you should just go away.
