This boy is on my nerves. I don't know how many times I've been peed on in this last month. The other day I had the fan on and he would pee in the direction of the fan and I got sprayed. This whole boy thing is going to take some getting used to. For the first week after he was born I was surprised everytime I changed his diaper. I am not used to seeing little boy parts. This poor boy is going to end up with an identity crisis. The only blue socks I could find had a little pink in it so I just folded them over so you couldn't see the pink. One day all his blankets were dirty so I had to take him outside in a pink blanket. His dad keeps refering to him as "she" or "her" I can't blame him too much. With five girls, he doesn't know much better. I am so happy I've got my boy.

aww ahahahahhahaha.. you make me laugh CONGRATS on the baby boy!! Yeah, i tell my friends i'll be shy if i get a baby boy. Well a little pink shouldn't be too bad....i mean, some guys who wear pink look great..hehe

Oh, I remember dealing with this exact thing with my first son!

The way I've always dodged a spraying is to un-tape the soiled diaper and take it off of his front, but still keep it so that he's laying on it. Then have a burp cloth or something similar ready to throw over his "area" to block the spray. I had to learn this through trial and error!

Or you can just use a baby wash cloth. I have a girl but I also had two nephews and I am happy to say I have never been peed on.

its all about the pee withboys, and hney its not gonna be any different till they are teens im sorry to say...lol
try to make himwarm when u change him, because they notoriously pee when they r cold... and watch out for that tiny little boner, thats a sure sign a pee is on the way, so when u see that , cover it up or duck for cover..LOL
after 3 boys i have learned a trick or 2....

oh & when i was in hospital with Joplin, i came in one morning ((3am feed)) and they had him in a pink jumpsuit!!!
the nurse tells me "its not pink when a boy wears it, its SALMON, MAN pink...LOL.. thats something t consider..LOL
