I know it's kind of early, but I was thinking about a Halloween costume for my 2 year old son. His first year he wore a tiger costume. Last year he was a puppy dog. Any suggestions for this time? I was thinking a scarecrow would be cute, but I was wondering if anyone has any other creative ideas?

A robot. Take a box, spraypaint it silver, cut holes for the arms and head, and use cut out egg cartens for the buttons.

Another of my favorites is take a white T-shirt, and take a sharpie and write: Go ceilings! and such all over it. A ceiling fan.

Hmm my son's been, A mouse, SuperMan, Lion (such a cute costume), Tiger, A Dragon, and this year he wants to be a zombie. It's amzing how things change! Not in that order I was just listing them as they popped into my head. I think and animal would be adorable! My daughters being Pooh Bear this year =]

Instead of a scarecrow you could paint him green and say he's Shrek?????

A scarecrow would be adorable. Another costume I think would be cool and is kind of "retro" is Yoda. It's very classic.

I had thought either a scarecrow or a lion. Would a lion be okay for a 3 year old? (He'll be 3 in Nov.) My friend said she was thinking about her baby boy being a lion (he's 14 months) but I would still do a lion costume even if she's doing one for him, if that's what I decide on. I just didn't know if it would be too babyish for a 3 year old...or if the scarecrow would be better!
