Oh, you CAN get pregnant as soon as you want to, but the body needs time to rest and recover from a pregnancy. Having your children close together increases the risks of miscarriage and complications, and the chance of maternal death. It is like finishing a marathon then turning around and running back the other way. Your body needs a year off between pregnancies.

You would think a doctor would have let me known when I fell pregnant the second time. Maybe they didn't think it was necessary considering I was already pregnant lol.

That makes me think that people like that family off "17 kids and counting", her body must be wrecked. She doesn't stop popping out kids.

YES, the Duggar family is VERY LUCKY that they do not have a disable child yet. It is best to wait 3 years between pregnancy to let your body get it's nutrition and other body back to normal.

no its a year a midwife will tell you that. thats what we where all told it take a year 4 your body to go back to normal
