you should also stay away from Sushi, since even the cooked stuff can be contaminated by raw ingredients...oh how I miss my sushi. Soft cheeses are another no no...they are unpastureized...oh how I miss my bleu cheese. A new one I just heard of is soft serve ice cream because the machines aren't cleaned correctly much of the time...apparently Listeria can contaminate it, which is a form of food poisoning dangerous to the fetus. I can live without the soft serve and head straight for the real stuff lol. I miss tuna also, but I have eaten that in small amounts. I crave it constantly though. I also miss sleeping on my tummy, or even sleeping period (which I know won't get much better after the baby). I miss being able to breathe comfortably. I miss my ankles, I used to have cute ankles lol, and painting my toe nails, and shaving my legs comfortably,and feeling attractive, and real clothes....oh how I want to shop. I miss having lots of energy. Yeah I think I'm ready for this baby to get here lol.

i miss sleep. i was told to limit seafood in general to 3 times a week because of mercury content, but you should also make sure you have some for the oils and omega-3's. i wonder hour our ancestors got along being pregnant without all these rules?

What are some other things you shouldnt eat while pregnant? I will try to eat nothing but vegetables and proteins. I wonder whats going to be my turn off (probably one of my fav. things to eat) and What I am going to crave? My mom craved pickles with me!
