My son is 19 months old. He is also not wanting to stay in Bible class at church. He has gone to Bible class since he was 5 months old and they have the table with the little seats in them for the babies; he's always sat in them and loved class and now he clings onto me when I try to put him in one and several times the teacher has had to come get me, so I've had to sit in there with him. He's never had a problem with me leaving him until he went through a spell like this a few months ago. It got better, but now it has started again.

There is nothing to worry about, your son is just probably going through a stage where he extra loves his mom, and he wants her when he is hurting.

Yep it's due to teething I have a 9mth old and she cut her first two teeth and all she wants is to be held and loved on and she's very cranky!!
