can anybody that had preemies give me advice? and how to take care of them and fedings. and anything else involved in preemie care

I'm not totally sure but I think they eat every three or four hours. Just take care of them like any other baby! I know when they are small like that they are so fragile and you're scared to even touch them right? Dont worry you are their mother and your mother instincts will tell you how to care for them.

talk to the pediatrician about any special care they may need. I know some small or underweight babies require formula to be supplemented for weight gain. Also the amounts and frequency can be different. Each baby is different and I'm sure they will be monitored closely by their doctor. Ask questions that's what the Doctor is there for, and you can always call the advice nurse at their office anytime of day or night.

I agree with Silversky32. Talk to your doctor and find out all the information that you can. Every baby is different, but since they are preemies I would think you would have to feed them every two or three hours.
You will figure out what they need when you get them home and start bonding with your little girls.
