I just wanted to let everyone know who gave me advice on my "nap time" post thank you for all your comments and that we finally got nap time down! The nap time routin is kinda simular to our bedtime routine its just we got for a nap when he starts to get tired I hold/cuddle with him for alittle bit then I lay him down usually when he still awake but almost a sleep and he will stay there without moving or making a fuss and will just fall asleep and will take about a three hour nap! can you say mommy time!

i hope it sticks for awhile! my daughter hasnt napped since 18 months, so ive been 2 years without a nap myself, except the rare occasion when my husband lets me.

well Granny Nora I dont know if you seen my post that I made like a month ago (maybe a little longer) saying "how do I get my son to sleep at night) cus he would only be nursed to sleep and I was wanting to get ready to wean him so I needed to know how to put him to sleep on his own. What we do is I'll cuddle with him for a while then I'll take him to his room we'll say a prayer then I lay him down and leave the room and he goes straight to sleep. of course when we first started that I would nurse him for about five minutets (for that comfort) making sure he wouldnt fall asleep and do tha routin and lay him down the first couple of nights he fussed for just alittle bit (which went down everyday) but after about a week he wouldnt fuss at all but I still had an Issue with nap time.

I remember up until I was the age of 6 or 7 I had to tke a nap even if I just layed in the bed in my room. And since watching jon and kate plus 8 she makes her younger kids take a nap well at least they have to stay in there room without making any noise cus she says thats mommy time and thats the only way to get stuff done. which isnt a to bad of an idea especially since they have there siblings there with them
