When his father kidnapped him did you call the police because even though its his father and there were no custody orders thats still kidnapping and you should have the police go with you to pick him up that way his father wont take him again and will never have a chance to

i want to thank all of u so much for all ur blessings and good wishes.. i am so happy now that i have spoken to him and am organizing to have him returned...that may take a few days possibly a week or so...

yes the night he went missing i called the police, they arrived to my house , 3 hrs after i called and did nothing... as far as the Australian laws are concerned if there is no court order then possession is nine tenths of the law..
so i have waited untill i knew where he was so i can initiate a recovery order..

I say GO NOW! Why wait 1 week or so..........? What if his father gets his phone bill between now, and when you decide to go, and notices someone dialled long distance, and recognizes your number. GO NOW, and get him before his father finds out, and moves him somewhere else. Why are you waiting girl, get going....NOW.

because i dont want to be as dirty and underhanded as my ex...
my ex has been filling his head with crapsaying that he has the law on his side and if it try and take him i will go to jail and that everything i tell himis a lie, as he has a book to prove that ...
if i walk in there with my lawyer and the recovery order he cannot deny the lies he told him, and if he refuses then the police will step in, itsa tricky situation, accoding to Australian law, he did not kidnap my son, he took him for a visit, it was the months of zero contact and denying him his brother and sister and mother the whole time that has allowed me to take out the recovery order..
and as for a phone bill? my baby is a smart boy, he has his own prepaid mobile phone, no call records..
