Re:Good Age to Have Kids? What's YOUR Opinion? (1 viewing) (1) Guest
Re:Good Age to Have Kids? What's YOUR Opinion? By happytohelp 3 Years, 3 Months Ago Well i think early 20's is ideal, well it was for me.
My brother had his first when he was 24 and then his second when he was 27 then his third when he was 30. He is now 31 My sister has two children the first when she was 17 and the second when she was 20. She is now 24. My parents took a girl Emma that grew to be like a sister to me but sadly died of unkown causes, she died when she was 26 and has a lovely little girl, Chelsea which lives with my mother, she has chelsea when she was 20. So basically in our family we all had children fairly young and we are all glad of it. Stacey.x

By Nakita 3 Years, 3 Months Ago I am 19 and i have two little boys, and i wouldn't change it for the world! To say that girls should have babies till after 25 is not right, people can make their own dicisons, and if that is haveing kids young then so be it, as long as that child is well taken care of then why not. My kids have every thing they need, me and my boyfriend live on our own, and we raise out kids together, he is a hard working dad, he works so hard that he is his boss's top guy, he works so much and good so many companeys wanted him he finished high school and he has a realy good job,we might be young but we are awsome parents! We don't need to get money or any thing from our parents, we do it our selves, and both our parent were ok with the fact that we were going to have a baby, what can they realy do about it, whats done is done. People need to respect the fact that us young moms took responsability for a child, and not just get rid of it like alot of people do. Alot of girls these days get pregnant while on birth control. So befor judgeing some ones dicision to have their baby you should know all the facts of how it happend!!!

By Charity 3 Years, 3 Months Ago I didn't read all the replies but I agree with Nakita. I don't think its the age that matters, its the maturity and responsibility levels. There are married people over 25 who are complete 'mess' ups and there are unmarried people under 25 who have their life in total order!
I'm 28, pregnant with my 1st. And I feel totally ready, not because of my age but because of my stability in life, I already know my child will never have to want for anything and I've been that way since I was 18. I don't know the medical information about having a baby when you're 50+ but I think even with that, if you're healthy, fit and still have the energy to keep up with a child, you can have babies as long as your body will allow!

Re:Good Age to Have Kids? What's YOUR Opinion? By Melanie0205 3 Years, 3 Months Ago Personally, I think after 30, NO MORE KIDS! When your kid is in high school, you'll be old! The younger you have kids, the longer you get to be a part of their lives. I'm 23, having my second (third, and fourth too, actually!) My son was born about a month before I turned 21. I was going to school, and I intend to return after the girls are born. I got married fresh out of high school, which is too young for most, but I had been dating my husband since freshman year of high school! I just think, after 30, you're too old, and you won't have the energy to keep up with your kids when they are in their teens.
