I would check on her a few times during the night (which I'm sure you do anyway ) But I wouldn't wake her just to eat, unless you are worried she isn't getting enough milk during the day to make up for it.

My son did the same thing (using me as a passy), I think it is pretty normal. But, honestly, I can't remember what I did about it. I probably just let him fall asleep. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck!

If I remember correctly, as long as your daughter is getting her 8 to 12 feedings in durring the day time it is not necessary to wake her at night. I used to wake my daughter during the day make sure she got her feeding in during the day, so if she wanted to sleep more at night she could.

My daughter would sometimes use me as a pacifier, but I don't remember it being a problem I had to break her from. Sorry I couldn't help on that one.

I had to spend time in hosp after giveing birth and the midwives kept waking me up to wake my baby up for her feeds. she kept falling asleep and they told me i had to keep prodding her gently to keep her feeding and not sleeping, i dont make enough milk to feed her so i feed her till im empty then top her up with formula she seems ok on that, but if she wontgoto sleep then i let her use me as a passy then when shesfastasleep she goes to her cot, as long as she is getting herfood and is putting on weight i wouldnt worry just keep your eye on babys weight
