well Joplin had his surgery yesterday,
and hes doing really well, when they wheeled him back to NICU from the theatre, they where telling me that he did wonderfully, he didnt even need to be ventilated after, he was breathing all on his own.. yay...
hes still on a morphine infusion, and hes a little pale but he looks great..

they ended up giving him a colostomy bag because he developed endocolitis((inflamation of the bowel)) just 2 days b4 surgery so they couldnt risk the "pull through" surgery, but thats ok as he will end up having that removed and all connected back up again by the time hes 8 months old..
as u can all well imagine, im just exhausted by all this, and so is Todd, but we are hangin in there, our littl;e soldier is showing us how to just battle thru it..
i want to thank u all for all ur wishesd and prayers, im sure they have helped ALOT....
and to all of u that have PM'd me, im sorry if i havnt got back to u all but ib thought this would be easier than personally re-telling everyone one at a time a million times over..
