Lily Paige
Olivia Paige

Paige seems to be the best for a middle name from your list.

For a boy-
Jack Ryan
Luke Ryan
Luke Brady
Evan Luke
Evan Spencer
Ryan Hunter
Ryan Spencer
Grant Spencer

I love Olivia,it is beautiful, I also like it spelt; Alyvia or Alyvea.
Paige I really like too but I think there are too many of those which is really disappointing!!

Jack is a name that seems cool and collected and it is also Leonardo Dicaprio's character in The Titanic haha.

I do not like these names at all: Ava, Lily, Lila, Brady, Hunter, Spencer, Grant...
