I just do not believe this! If you are so smart you probably would have atleast cut the top part off that picture, Ms 4.0. If the last name was Reese-Rutter then the pic would not say Rutter-Reese, V. It is quite obvious this ladies name was either Reese V.(middle name) Rutter or V. (first name) Rutter-Reese. Gotcha!
