Wow, i am having second thoughts on this. Dezzy, I think you have changed my mind. My seven year old Nephew got a baby sister in December and he says he wants his own baby. I think I am just gonna tell him to go for it. I mean, he really really wants one of his own to play with, so he should just be able to have one because he wants it. i have never seen him beat his sister up or hurt her, and he knows how to feed her, too, so he is surely ready to be a parent. Gosh, thanks for your logic, Dezzy. You have made me see the error of my ways.

ROFL Made my day.

My mum thinks she's a good parent too, and she says she loves us... just goes to prove... You obviously can't be the perfect mother, or person, such a thing does not exist. My mum had me when she was 29 and I can honestly say that she is not a good mother. So age doesnt matter for love. Despite how old my mum was and however much she claims to love us, she wont ever be a good mother.

Anyone under 18 is legally a child. Children should not have children in my opinion. No matter how good a parent they would be. I don't see why these kids don't save up money, get a job and house and car, get married or whatever then have babies. If it was an accidental pregnancy then sure, make do and be the best that you can but I would never go into a pregnancy less than 100% prepared.

ok im a teen mum. i have a nearly one year old and im also pregnant again.
i honestly couldnt care less about the party life.
it doesnt matter what age you are. age doesnt define how good of a parent you are.
i look after my son very well and i was only 16 when i feel pregnant. im not making the best of a bad situation. if i didnt want this there was other ways around it. but i choose to keep me baby.
so dont stick your noses where its not needed.
if people want to have kids young then thats there choice and who are you to say anything about it.
i have never palmed my child off to my mum. and i finished my HSC while still pregnant. everything that has been done for my child has been done my ME!!!
