Try the social security lists (from baby name sites like this one). Consider the family tree. Think of fav author/character or Movie character/star.

We've been working on our names for about five months now and it's coming together, but still not finalized.

Remember, even if you're not crazy about the name he chose, it will be different when you hold your new baby and see the pride when baby's father calls the new name. The name will belong to this baby, not just something out of a book!
