yes you do need to relax but i am not going to be as nice as everyone else was. everyone knows women are emotional during pregnancy and alot is going on in their body. i think it was selfish of you to do that to your wife instead of getting over it and being there and supporting your wife you ran away. shame on you!!!! you need toxd be there for the rest of the pregnancy. plus maybe if you would have been there from the start and watched your wife gradually get bigger and seeing her change instead of leaving her and coming back and now she is big it might have helped you overcome your fear.

You need to relax and be strong because your wife needs you. I have been having a lot of complications with my pregnancy. I am pushing towards preterm labor, but my husband is staying calm for my sake. This is his 3rd child and my 2nd, but we weren't prepared for this. There is always a chance of some complications, but you need to be there for her and be strong.
