It depends on how long you have been trying, but you can look into things with your OB doctor such as artificial insemmination or just trying Clomid, if that's right for you. You can certainly track using the ovulation kit, but those are hard to do and my OB gave me a better chart and directions on how to try at home with no medication first. If all else fails, there is IVF (Invitro Fertilization), which works for many couples.

We're not in a good financial place right now to do IVF. I mean we're in a solid financial state but we are in the process of buying a home so we probably wouldn't be able to do that at this point. I was hoping for some natural ways to boost probability of pregnancy... Aren't there things you can do to make a man more fertile or a female more suseptable to pregnancy?
