My cousins are little, the oldest is 7, then 5 1/5 and the new baby is 3. The oldest two are very close in age and they argue alot more than the younger two do with eachother. I don't thnk it matters too much on how close they are in age, just their personalities and how they mix together. My sister and I are 2 1/2 years apart and we always used to argue when we were younger

my oldest and my youngest are 16 years apart. I really dont know how their relationship will play out though.

Jamie and Rebecca are 6 years apart and they have a pretty tight bond.
My older sister and I are 10 months apart to the date and we didnt have a good relationship until we were older and my younger sister and I are three years apart and she's like my bestfriend!

i am one of 6 kids. my big brother(older by 8 years) is my best friend, i get along well with one sister who is 13mos older than me, and the rest, ranging from 6yrs older to 3yrs younger are, well, siblings. i think it really depends on personality and not age.

Hey Punk, that is what I have begun to think, too, that it depends on personality more. I have been hearing of siblings 3 and 4 years or more apart that are close, and those that are 2 years or less that are not close. I am not so worried about this anymore. Some things have happened lately that have made me stop and think. A couple we know just lost their baby girl last week (she was due this week) and they already have a 2 year old son. Then I found out yesterday another couple I know is going tomorrow to have their baby a month early because of multiple complications. I have prayed for patience, and now I have it. I have learned after these things have happened, to be thankful for and enjoy what we have, and that is a healthy 18 month old son. When the time is right, God will give us another child. Girl or boy, it doesn't matter, and when...as long as he or she is born safe and healthy is what I pray for. Age difference doesn't matter anymore.
