My Brothers name is Luke and he just gets Luke or Lukie i wouldnt worry though if you really want a nick name for him im sure you & your husband will come up with one once you meet your little man.

You could call him Buddy, Smiley, Cheeky, you will know once you get to know his personality.

Love the names- One thing "Bj"- I am having the same issue right now with naming our third and having the initials be BJ, I work with kids and kids can be cruel and they are creative (and it only takes one bad egg to fill all the others in!!). "b.J" is slang for blow job.........Maybe you could switch Emmah Jessie and Bridgette Bailey and call ber "BB"???

I think Luke is such a short name that you could probably just call him Luke or Lukey or Lu! For georgia you could still go with Gege or gigi.
