I suggest you hire a mother's helper, or if you have a nanny or regular sitter you should call them. It is really helpful.

I would call my mother or mother in law when I was in the mood to deep clean the house, I would drive the little bugger over there for a few hours and then I went to town on the house. Other than that, you can work and talk to him as you go. Good Luck! You will get the hang of it!

Our house is a mad house on the weekday morning's when i get my eldest child up(aged 4) for playschool from 10 to 2 he usually wakes the other to up aswell. So me and my husband are trying to get them dressed, lunch packed, breakfast feed and ourself's ready aswell as cleaning up after everything.

My middle child (aged 2) is in nursery for 2 hours in the day but then i have my youngest (aged 6 months) around me and he is very clingy at the moment.

So what i do is when the others are in school i tidy up as much as i can and my friend usually brings her children over, she has twins(aged 1)and a 2 month old. And while my youngest and her children are sleeping she helps me and we take the children out then untill it is time to pick mine up. So try doing the little taskas first then the big ones when your children are asleep or got more time.

When I had my first child, I pondered this same question. I asked my mother-in-law how she had done it. She told me: You are doing the most important thing you were born to do, taking care of your baby. Just let the dust bunnies grow, and when the baby is 18, you can clean them up.

Those were the best words of advice anyone ever gave me, when I had this question. It really is, all about reprioritizing things.
