Re:MY BABY BOY By Granny Nora 4 Months, 3 Weeks Ago Have him chew on a cold wash cloth that is wet, frozen bagel's, or bavarian pretzels that are frozen. Motrin or Tylenol can help also. Let him chew on your finger too, dip it into something sweet. Until his first tooth comes in chewing on you won't hurt you. Your just starting this teething routine so good luck, my granddaughter is 11 months old and every other day she has been popping teeth in, she's up to 8 right now and her gums are so swollen where the mollars are, I feel bad for her. Good luck, you can also put some teething rings in the frige too. Hang in there, some days will be better than others. Also if it keeps up get his ears checked he may have an ear infection with no other symptoms, teeth and ears go together.

By pj 4 Months, 2 Weeks Ago go to wal mart to the medicine section and you will find they have some natural remedies i can not think of the name at the moment but my son was the same way i did all i could do and we found those you just let the tablet dissolve under the tongue, it was just so awesome at how quick it worked. You'll know it when you see it cause you will see the name repeated for other uses in other bottles. Your grocery store could have it i will write the name when i think of it

Re:MY BABY BOY By katie05 4 Months, 2 Weeks Ago Over here in NZ we have this stuff called Bonjela mouth gel and they have a special one for teething babies that numbs their gums so they can't feel any pain. Maybe you can find something similar in your supermarket...

Re:MY BABY BOY By GAbRieLsMomMY 4 Months, 2 Weeks Ago My son just turned 4 months and has already cut his first tooth. He was so young there really wasn't anything to do for him when he started teething. I have found that if he has something cold to drink (I let it sit out for a few minutes to take some chill off of it but he loves it.) Even his baby food helps if it is cold. I found some flat teethers(I put them in the fridge if they freeze they get too hard and it can hurt baby) and some plastic link rings that fit his mouth size for him to chew on. He likes if I take a popcicle and mush it up in a bowl and feed to him. I also bought baby tylenol and orajel which helps a lot too. He likes to chew on blankets and bibs and I also wrap my finger with a part of his bib since he has teeth now. Becareful freezing washcloths as they can stick to baby's lips, tounge and gums and also if you do this make sure you aren't using tap water.
Whew!! Hope this helps and give you and your babe some relief. Good Luck!!

Re:MY BABY BOY By MOMOF2BOYSLONGING4GIRL 3 Months, 3 Weeks Ago GO TO WALMART AND PICK UP SOME TEETHING TABLETS!!(IN THE BABY SECTION) THEY ARE MIRICLE WORKERS!!!!! DON'T PUT ORIGEL OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT ON IT. IT MAKES THEIR GUMS TOUGH AND HARDER FOR THE TOOTH TO CUT THROUGH. I GIVE MY BOYS THE TEETHING TABLETS THEN SOME MOTRIN OR TYLENOL TOO.
