i know this is gross... but i am 2 months pregnant, and i started bleeding last thursday... but not much... i went to the ER and they took blood, and followed up with an emergency visit to my OBGYN. He said the baby was fine, healthy, growing properly and had a good strong heartbeat, but after the exam, the bleeding got heavier, and im passing blood clots and i am horrified! the baby is fine, but is there something really wrong with me? this is my first pregnancy, and im really worried! any answered would be VERY much appreciated...

I would go back to the doctor and seek a second opinion. Perhaps there is bleeding in the placenta or perhaps it is a spontaneous abortion/ miscarriage. It is hard to know. I would question your doctor and if you are not satisfied with your results seek another opinion.
