I was scared too when I was close to giving birth! All I would say is dont elect for a c-sction unless it is medically needed. It takes so much longer to heal after a c-section then a vaginal birth. Also a c-section is a sugery, the doctor will cut into your stomach to get the baby. I am not trying to scare you more but I want you to have all the facts. I know from my friends that had a c-section that after that kind of incision their stomach never went back to the way it was prebaby. They will always have that scar across their tummy. I think that you should sit down with your boyfriend, your doctor and your mom and anyone else you trust their opinion. Get all the facts about both vaginal birth and c-sections. Then make a educated decision with their help. I had my daughter vaginally with an epidural and everything went really well. I would recomend an epidural anyone! Good luck!!
