WELL FOR MY OLDEST SON I HAD MY HUSBAND,MOM AND LIL SISTER BECAUSE I WAS 2 1/2 HOURS AWAY FROM HOME AND IT WAS DURNG HURRICANE RITA(WHICH HIT WHERE I LIVE) SO NO ONE ELSE COULD MAKE IT THERE BUT FOR MY YOUNGEST I HAD MY HUSBAND,MOM,LIL SIS,MOM IN LAW AND LIL SIS IN LAW FOR LABOR AND THE 2 1/2 HOURS OF PUSHING BUT ONLY MY HUSBAND FOR THE C-SECTION. IT WAS COMFORTING TO ME TO HAVE ALL THAT SUPPORT ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS GETTING TIRED AT THE END ON OF PUSHING AND NOTHING HAPPENING. BUT I GUESS MAYBE THATS JUST ME. I'M NOT MODEST. I HAD WANTED TO HAVE MY 2 YR OLD IN THE ROOM RIGHT AS THE BABY WAS BEING BORN BUT I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN AND NOTHING WAS HAPPENING I DECIDED NOT TO BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO SCARE HIM.

I want my mom, husband of course, and my mother in law in the room with me and maybe my step mom? But I guess if anyone asks I wouldn't care, but I wouldn't want a lot of people in there with me. If you don't then just tell them it will be to crowded and you would rather have certain people in there.

i am 3 days from my due date, i will have only my husband with me, thats what we did with our first and thats what i am comfortable with. theres reasons they dont sell tickets for this. its actually not a public event, and thats what i tell anyone else who wants to be there. i would bring my daughter, but shes only 3 and cries when i take a bandaid off my knee, i think that might traumatize her. grandma will wait at home or in the waiting room with her(depends on how long it takes/time of day)

Im still a long way off from delivery and with twins who knows, it might be a c section... i hope not. Right now i would like my mother and mother in law in there with my husband and i. Although that might change. Im not sure just how comfortable i'd be with them looking south of the border to watch the baby come out. If i dont really want them looking there and watching the mirical of life then whats really the point of them being in there while i deliver? But then again it would be nice to have someone there who could take pictures of the first few minutes of Hudson's life while Tyler and i are concentrating on the delivery of his brother. I guess im still up in the air. I do know i dont want my father or father in law in there or any other family members, that would be a little too much. They can see the twins after they arrive.

It was just my husband and me per my request. My husband for some reason said he wanted my sister-in-law there. I'm not sure why? Maybe he was a little scared. My sister-in-law lives over an hour away and she works so I said I didn't think that would work out. My Mother requested that we call her when we left for the hospital but I told her I would be to worried about labor and getting to the hospital and I didn't want to call anyone. I think my husband also wanted to call his parents but I want this day to be about us and our family and I didn't want to be think and worring about everyone else. In the end he agreed with me or at least he when along with my wishes.

My husband and my mom will be the only 2 allowed in for the actual delivery. My 15 year old sister in law wants to be in the room but thats not going to happen. My 12 and 9 year old daughters want to be in the room as well and since we've decided they won't be because it may be traumatic for them to see me in pain, then we don't think his sister should be either. Everyone can wait in the waiting room, and my kids will be brought in to see her as soon as she's born. My mom has attended all of my kids births so to me its comforting for her to be there, she knows what to expect and can kind of clue my husband in since this is his first.
