glad we could help. There's so much random info out there that it can be confusing. To be completely honest some doctors allow their personal opinions to reflect in their advice to their patients. The best thing to do when in doubt is personal research. If something doesn't sound right trust yourself and question it. There's nothing wrong with informing yourself.

Man why even bother with the bottles just breast feed and even if you work you can still pump it is the best thing I have ever done. the bonding is incredible but doctors say that babies dont get the full amount of immunities and vitamins they need for life unless they are nursed for at least a year but any amount of time is better than none! Plus immunizations and auctism... I now someone who got the last two year old shot and got auctism thats because mercury was in it well now they have that kind of shot without the mercury just make sure when they get the two year shot it doesnt contain mercury. My son is 13 months old and I ask everytime he gets ashot.

Breastfeeding is everyone's choice some people have reasons why they prefer to do it and some people have other reasons. It's like every other decision people have to make in there life. Which i believe is no ones business but the mother/father. Personally i am just not comfortable with breastfeeding my child. My mother didn't do it for me and i'm just fine. My sister didn't do it with her first child either. Just because you don't breastfeed doesn't mean your child is prone for probelms.

sorry if I offended you It just sounded that you were kinda scared to use a bottle due to the unsure issue of potential problems. but your right everyone has there own oppion on it.

plastic bottles do not cause autism i used them for both my children (3 years each)daughters turned nine in may my son will turn 7 in october niether of them has autism and we washed them evry two days

the cause of autism has not been found. i believe there are several factors that can lead to it. some children it is apparent at birth, some it onsets later. it is unfair to blame it on anything, as we do not know. all we can do is research, and take the precautions we personally feel necessary. as for thimerosal(mercury) in vaccines, the last production run containing it was in 2000, although im not sure i believe that.
