Sweetheart (Visitor)   Is it true? By Sweetheart 4 Months, 3 Weeks Ago I was just wondering if it was true that when you're pregnant that your feet swell a whole shoe size. Then your feet stay that size after the baby's born. I was just curious. Because my mom's feet grew 2 shoe sizes (one size per pregnancy) and stayed that way. While my friend claims she dropped a 1/2 shoe size while pregnant. By Granny Nora 4 Months, 3 Weeks Ago I had three children and it is true your feet do change, I don't know how much. For my three pregnancy's my first one was the worse, I had to wear flip flops, and the other two I just needed wider shoes. My daughter had to get bigger shoes when she was pregnant. I recently lost 100 lbs. and my feet shrank from an 8 1/2 to a 7. I wore a 7 as a teenager.
