There were these twins at a doctor's office named:
Asshole (Au-sh-ole)and Shithead (sheh-th-ed). That just seemed wrong for parents to name their kids like this.

Why did the hospital let the parents name their kids that?
A couple years ago on the news the hospital would let a couple name their kids Kitchen and something else, after where the children were concieved.

I've also heard of someone naming their kid Gootch because the hospital wouldn't let them name their child cootch. The mother was yelling "Oh, my cootch" while the child was being born and though it would be a good name, the doctor said they could not allow her to name the child that so she just changed the "C" to a "G".

I went to school with a girl named Butterfly.

Frank Zappa's kid ... but I guess there are worse names now than "Moon Unit "? How bad can they get?

Definatly probably Shithead (prounounced Sha-tead.) I read that a teen had a child, and named him/her that (not sure of the gender) and she said that she made it up and loved the pronounciation of it, but didn't realize her spelling until after?
