i was born premature 2 months and 2 days early. i survived and had no lasting complications and that was way back in the early 80's so i am sure the medicine has improved in the last 25 years. the only thing is since your having twins they will probably weigh a little less, but i have seen much smaller than i was survive. i weighed 2 lbs 13 oz. i will keep ur girls in my prayers

Both my kids were born premature. My son is 3 born 6 wks premature and my daughter is 15 months born 13 weeks premature. They are both strong and you wouldn't even know now that they were only 2 lbs when they were born. Just remember the nurses are there and they are the best people if you need help. So, I can't say don't worry, but I hope this helps you a little. Those little hearts are stronger than you think!!! Keeping you in my prayers.

Ashley, I am praying for you and your girls as I type this. I know you are scared and nervous but I also know God has a plan for wanting them here now. My daughter was also induced early for the exact same complications and she is a vibrant and healthy 8 year old now. Your babies will be also.
