I went to pre natal clinic and i'm trying to figure out if i'm really 10 weeks. My last day of menstration was on the 20th June 2008. By puck 3 Months Ago they go by the first day of your last period. if that was it, you would be almost 12 weeks. the date of conception is usually 2 weeks after that, but they count from your lmp to get a 40 week pregnancy. thats why 37 weeks is considered full term.
