VB babies smarter than C-section birth babies? NO! By 3littleangels4 2 Months Ago okay had to vent..on the other post called vaginal birth, water birth or c-section..one lady says c-section babies are not as smart as vaginal birth babies because c-section babies heads dont get squished coming out.hahahahahaha WHATEVER!
my daughter was a c-section baby (my next is going to be too) she said mamma at 6 months, walked great at 9 months and at 19 months counts to ten and can say every word (good or naughty) in the book! c-sections dont make babies any different except their heads dont get squished and long like bannanas (my sis is vaginal baby and named Hannah he head was so long from being pulled on she earned the name at birth of hannah bannana) haha anyways .. it doesnt matter HOW a baby enters the world (any dr will tell you that) its that the enter it healthy =) Last Edit: 2008/10/04 15:09 By .

Re:VB babies smarter than C-section birth babies? By daniklic 2 Months Ago I believe that lady you mentioned here would be me. I clearly did not say that C-section babies are not as smart as VB babies. I said that I read it from news that some C-section children have developed mobility issues. It is from the news I am mentioning. Mobility problems are : some kids constantly fall on knees while running, and they are not able to measure distance, like they try to pick up things but catch in air. Those issues did not become noticeable until the kids are 6 or 7 year old. But these are just small issues, and definitely treatable. The kids are just as healthy and smart as others. And only some C-section kids have developed these issues, NOT ALL OF THEM. What I've said was just like stating that some babies cannot breath on their own immediately after birth, but with help they breath perfectly fine and healthily grow, and with no meaning that they are not as smart.
And I have also mentioned that in my original post, both of my boyfriend and his brother were C-section babies, and they are completely fine without any mobility problems when they were kids. I am with no intention to insult C-Section babies. I got those facts from a news paper I read recently. I am not a scientist, so I cannot provide you with any research of my own. I just simply state what I read from a news paper, and provide it as an alternative source of information. I am sorry if I offend you in any sense, but I did not mean to. I am sorry, if anyone thinks that I am being rude or stupid here, I will just simply leave for your peace. Last Edit: 2008/10/04 15:11 By .
