Thank you all. I'm just going to talk to hubby and wait it out. We'll come to a solution and it will be the right one without the pressure of family influence. Will update you when a descision is made, I know he likes the name so hopefully I can be persuasive, otherwise I'm perfectly content with Jamie-River.

That's why I didn't tell anyone the names I had chosen until the baby was born. It is 100% you and you spouse's chois. Stick with the name you love.

Tell your parents + his parent you'l call him Hamish or something like that then if the want something scottish lol they will soon change there mind + but out.
