I know being 37 and having your first baby is not very common but, it's my story. It's too early to know if it's a boy or girl but, I couldn't be happier either way. I also have another post up and please read that one too. Here are some other names:

Chipoika - no, it just sounds bad, especially for a name.
Chiamaka - again just, no, seems like some low budget bad anime aimed at 8yr olds.
Narkeasha - It's okay, Best name of your lot.
Fla'Micca - not your worst, but not good.
Tre'Poccahontice - all I can think of is Pocahontas (I do mean the disney movie)

Razi - I really don't like it, for a nickname it's okay. For a first name I keep thinking that its a cover-up.
Sir-Mortis - Mortis sounds like some diesease, if you want it as a middle name okay, don't name your son 'sir'
Pip - I'd say this is the best of your boys. But all I can think of is the book "great expectations".
Fle'Mortis - Again it sounds like a disease.
Tre'Poccahunter - bad low budget anime aimed at 5yr olds.

I'm really sorry, these are my opinions. Narkeasha's good though.

None of those really appeal to me, but Chiamaka sounds best in my opinion. You could call her Chi or Chia for short. As for boys, I'd go with Razi. I found some other baby names of African origin for you to consider too.
