You didn't mention these either, but Khaseigh and Caseigh are also very pretty (although the former might be a bit difficult for your child to spell in the beginning)

Caycie and Kaycie are okay.

As far as Kaycii, Khaycie, Khaycii,Kcii, Kahycii, Cahycii go, they seem almost so made up that they are practically silly.
