So Im not sure if this is how it goes everywhere but it does in MA. When Madison was born (4weeks ago) she got a little blue book, her immunization records that we keep at home & take to all Dr. appointments. I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE!!! I've searched my house, I don't know what I would have done with it.
On top of that, I'm super sick. High fever, bad cough, stuffy nose. So Daddy has been tending to her mostly while I just rest, which is fine I guess. But it's so hard to not snuggle her and kiss her, I feel guilty, like I'm neglecting her or something.
I don't know what to do with myself.

Sweetness they are all natural feelings when you are sick and have a newborn to care for... The main thing is that you are NOT wanting her to get sick at the moment and you are preventing that as much as possible which is what a GOOD mum does...

Don't let it get to you you are doing fine, as for the book you can simply ask for a new one and have the doctor fill in the info that is already meant to be in there as they have all those details on file so that is something that isn't to big of an issue Those books are simply for your own records and in the event that you need to see a different doctor that doesn't have bubs details and info on file so if you have been seeing the same doctor since her birth then that is easy to replace

So I went to the Doctors, I have pneumonia!!! I can't believe it, I've never had pneumonia before in my life. Figures now I get it! Also, you were right.lol. I stopped at the pediatrician and they gave me a new immunization book.

Shame don't stress sweeti, we all have moments where we feel overwhelmed and like a bad mom, don't worry, it will all be alright
A moms job is incredibly hard at times, just know you are only 4 weeks into motherhood, you still need time to adjust, it will start to feel natural as time goes on
