Ok, I cheated, no hyphonated first name, sorry. Mallie/ Mallie-Grace for Mahatma Gandhi. The MA and G. Elle for Elijah. William and Lisa together (ish) for Lianne and the D from Dorrace for Dawn.

Nick's father was called Luke and his mother is called Elizabeth. Both Nick and Carly like the name Ellie-Mae for a girl, but find it a bit childish. They like Lucas for a boy, but don't know what to use for a middle name. They want their child to have two names, a first and a middle name and would like to honer Nick's parents.
