Do you think Leilani is a bit too foreign sounding though? Otherwise we really like it but want other people to like it and pronounce it right. Middle name for boy and girl both need to start with a K because me and hubbys middle names both start with a K. We want the middle name to be biblical and Hebrew.

We're pretty set on Rome or Romeo as the first name if it's a boy and really like Leilani but we're not sure if it's appropriate.

Thanks you all for your help! It's so great to have people like you out there!

Girls
Gia Kaylene
Poppy Kirya
Olive Keren

Boys
Quinn Kaleb
Romeo Kenan
Seth Koren

Just some Hebrew names as middle names starting with K, with some unique names I think.

Gia is very pretty! Koren is also handsome! We've already got Kaleb as an option for b middle name, it's popular but is sort of everything we're looking for in the middle name. Thanks so much for your help!

I like Romeo with Kaleb or Koren. I think Leilani is a beautiful name; if you love it, use it, even if you're not Hawaiian. I don't think people worry about if you're from a certain culture or country or not.

How about Lilliana (Lilly-ah-na or Lilly-anna) or Lillian Kristine (she could use the nickname Lily, if she wanted) and Romeo Kaleb? Both would have a "K" middle name. Don't like Leilani-too hard to pronounce/spell unless you are from Hawaii and people are use to the name. On the mainland I wouldn't suggest using it. If you are on the island, it would be o.k.
