Be prepared, record every incident. Did you take photos of your car and the windsheild? If not- you need to make sure you record everything! Write down all you know about him and why he would be an unfit person to have custody, get relatives or friends to do the same, just in case it comes to court. Good luck and keep your head up and make sure you don't do anything dodgy that he can have over you either.

Sorry, also, put in some positive action. Make plans for your and your baby's future, make sure you know what you will be doing and stick to it. Make sure you have a support system going for the both of you.
