Your tips for naming a baby (1 viewing) (1) Guest
Re:Your tips for naming a baby By godiva869 2 Years, 9 Months Ago You have to imagine that little baby as an adult and realize that it will have to carry that name for a lifetime. You can't call a grown man Timmy for ever. So I just imagine what would be a strong solid good name but with a twist. I like unusual names. I named my sons, Gabriel Landon 32 years ago when the only Gabriel I'd ever heard was the arch angel. LOL Then I named my other son Cody Nash thinking Cody was a good strong name for a man and Nash was the twist. That way you don't mess the kid up for life by nameing him some of these crazy names that are coming out. I am now becoming a grand mother for the first time and I like the name McKenzie Maddison Or Carringtion for a little girl. I think boys names for girls Is cute too.

By Priscilla3663 2 Years, 8 Months Ago My favorite names for boy/girl twins are Adam Wayne and Amanda Elaine. Both first and middle names go together. The middle names sound alike. The first names go perfectly together. I LOVE those two names. Noah Matthew and Matthew Levi are my favorite 1st and middle names for boys. My favorite girl names are Amanda Brooke and Rachel Renee` What do you guys think of my choices?

QUOTE: You know what.. I have never thought about it but you are right. Sometime I think a nick name sounds really cute but it wont be cute anymore as soon as they're grown up.. more like awkward lol... Thanks for the tips...

Re:Your tips for naming a baby By future_milf 2 Years, 8 Months Ago These are some really good suggestions.
Like the one that said to ask many people to see if there is any change of kids making fun. For example my sister had a baby who is now 2 years old. when she was pregnant she came up with the name Emma Brooke which is a clasically beatiful name and fits me niece perfectly. However, my ex discovered something about the name no one saw before. My sister wasnt sure if she should give the baby her last name of her boyfriends (which was Fisher). I told my boyfriend at the time what her name was.. Emma Brooke Fisher and he busted out laughing and said Im a brooke fisher haha. My sister after that opped out of naming her daughter after her dad and gave her the same last name as her mommy. So indeed ask around about your baby name choices before you give it to them as a forever choice.

Re:Your tips for naming a baby By brooke550 2 Years, 7 Months Ago I think you should pick names that are unique, but also pretty and different. For example, the name Matt is very common. If you don't want your child to have a common name, do not pick a name that you think is ordinary. Pick one that is new and interesting. Sometimes it will get annoying if your name is common. This won't happen if you pick a unique name that is very uncommon, but pretty.
