Thanks for your feedback, Lalina. You're right, Alex, Matt, Ryan are too common for us. But Garret isn't bad. I'm not sure my husband will dig it though. We'll see!

Do you like the name Mason? Logan is really popular so I wouldnt use it either and I don't blame you for not using Hayden, Jaden, Caden etc... way to many of those!! What about Miles instead of Milan? Lucas is cute but popular and Gibson is good for a middle name!

Hey MomtoBrooklyn,

I used to like Mason (bc of a basketball player), but not so much anymore (I think he got locked up)! Logan is ok, but I don't think my husband would dig it so much. I'll ask him though. Miles is cute, but my cousin has a 1 y/o boy named Miles now. I've noticed that on baby forums and baby names stats in general that Lucas is popular. But Lucas isn't so popular where I am in Silicon Valley, CA. In fact, I don't think I know a single Lucas! Just to give you a sense of how "quirky" my husband and I are... I brought up the name Gonzo (yes, like in Sesame Street) half jokingly and he really liked it! I said: "We can't name our child Gonzo!" But he's decided that if we're not going to use Gonzo, at least as a middle name, then he's going to just call our son Gonzo as a nickname.

I appreciate all your thoughts. Merci mucho!

Hi Jenn,

Sebastien is a very masculine name.

I hadn't given it any consideration until your posting, and upon reflection find I do like it very much.

Sebastien Beckett

Keep us posted when you decide, I enjoy reading your replies.
Blessings,

Nonny

Nonny!

Sebastien Beckett - I like it, a lot! It's the first name that's been suggested (online and in person) that has stirred such a warm and fuzzy feeling in me. I'll see what my husband thinks of it. I know he likes Sebastien. We'll see about Beckett as a middle name. I like Beckett bc its origin is English (and it sounds good), and my husband has partial origins from England. It's fitting. We like Sebastien (notice w/an E) bc we both have an affinity for French culture, but it's not too strange or feminine sounding for American culture. I'll also see what my husband thinks of Sebastien Cooper.

Thanks again for your input!
