Clarks do some very good shoes they sell crawling shoes, pre-walkers & first shoes (Clarks.co.uk)
They mesure your babies feet to make sure they are getting the right size and fit e.g wide fitting, slim fitting which is highly recommented as it can damage your childs feet if they do not have the correct shoes. I got my daughter a pair of pre-walkers from there which are fab but she has just started walking properly this week so going to have to make a trip back for some more
